Kyoritsu 1009 General Purpose Multimeter:
The Kyoritsu 1009 is a general-purpose multimeter, incorporating the ability to measure both voltage and current. The 1009 model is compact and easy to use, making it a perfect addition to any toolbox.
The Kyoritsu 1009 can measure AC and DC voltage up to 600V, as well as resistance up to 40MΩ. Currents, both AC and DC, can also be measured up to 10A and the meter can facilitate a diode test. Measured values can be held using the data-hold function.
The 1009 multimeter is capable of testing capacitance up to 100μF and incorporates a continuity buzzer, which provides an audible warning below 100Ω. The tester includes an auto range and manual range selector, with range hold feature, and is specified with auto-power off, which automatically turns the device off to conserve battery life. The Kyoritsu 1009 is supplied with a holster, test leads, batteries, fuse and instruction manual.
